The famous Nordic ski race track, the Marcialonga, is also a few steps away from Hotel Dolomia. Alpine skiing

Trekking & Nordic Walking

Trekking and Nordic Walking have become two of the most popular sports practices in recent years. In fact, they are practised by many visitors to the Dolomites seeking well-being and relaxation in close contact with Mother Nature.
Thanks to the use of trekking poles, a simple walk becomes a complete sport, almost like cross-country skiing, using 90% of the body's muscles. In fact, poles enrich your walk with the coordinated swinging of the arms, simultaneously developing the muscles in your legs, arms, torso, shoulders and neck.
So what are you waiting for? Put on your boots, take those poles, a bottle of fresh water and get out there. You don't need a car: you can start directly from the Dolomia. In fact, Soraga offers four trails of varying difficulty suitable for every fitness level and age.

MTB and Road Cycling

Thanks to the bike path, which passes just a few metres in front of Hotel Dolomia, you can travel through both the Val di Fassa and the Val di Fiemme on your bicycle. The Fiemme-Fassa Bike Express service is also much appreciated by cyclists; it runs three times a day between the two valleys, bringing their guests and their bikes back to their respective lodging.
In addition to the cycle path, Val di Fassa offers several routes suitable for mountain biking, where sport enthusiasts can put their biking skills to the test. Even lifts have been adapted to the needs of bikers, who can ride at high altitudes using the Belvedere gondola lifts or the Col dei Rossi cable car. The Fassabike Park at over 2000 m above sea level is designed to give MTB lovers a blast, offering routes of varying degrees of difficulty.
Once back in the building, Hotel Dolomia offers a large, fully-equipped storage facility with video surveillance where you can safely park your bicycle.
