Children can access the swimming pool from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. From 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the area is reserved exclusively for adults. The Majes SPA is also open to younger guests from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Minors under 16 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Swimsuits are mandatory only during the time slot dedicated to the Family Spa, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. To access the saunas and the Turkish bath, the use of swimsuits and synthetic towels is not recommended; however, it is required to cover at least the intimate areas with a cotton towel.
You can stay with your dog in certain room types only, subject to agreement at the time of booking. There is a supplement of €15.00 per day for small dogs (up to 10 kg) and €20.00 per day for medium or large dogs (over 10 kg). Dog food is not included. Out of respect for all guests, pets are not allowed in the restaurant, wellness area and garden. Dogs must always be kept on a lead when inside the hotel. For walks, there is a public dog area a few metres from the hotel.

Up to 8 days before arrival: withholding of the deposit (30%) From 7 days before, no-show or early departure: penalty of 100% of the booked amount. Only the price for dinners/breakfasts will be deducted. In the event of serious, documented reasons (illness, accident, death, force majeure), the management reserves the right to consider more flexible conditions.
